Work-based Qualifications
Redwood Education and Skills provide high quality, flexible work-based
training and qualifications in:
We provide training and qualifications in a way that best fits
employer and individual learner needs. Course delivery is planned
with employers to maximise the impact of programmes on individual
job performance, productivity and personal effectiveness.
In most cases, places on our programmes are funded
through the Learning and Skills Council.
Our courses feature:
- Flexible training—on or off-the-job
- access to City and Guilds on-line learning resources
- An NVQ or Competence-based qualification at level 2 or 3
- Technical Certificate or Knowledge-based qualifications
- Key Skills in Communication and Application of Number in the
Workplace
- Work-based assessment
- Nationally recognised qualifications
- Support to develop workplace literacy and numeracy skills,
where required
- Excellent opportunities for progression onto higher level qualifications
